Creating spaces as fantastic as you are.

We focus on creating spaces that are unique as the people that live in them. We’re not like anyone else and believe your home shouldn't be like anyone else. Because at the end of the day your home should be a reflection of the life you live and the people you live it with.

We do this by combining a large dose of personality, knowledge and decades of experience to create unique and beautiful living spaces that make people smile.

Kathryn finds joy in constructing beautiful spaces while affecting the lives of people in a positive way. She brings her love of art into her work and develops projects that have elemental design and beauty at their core.

Kathryn graduated with honors from SCAD with a BFA in Interior Design. Her education and years of experience have left her with a strong background in sculpting interiors. Kathryn uses those skills to design custom furniture and cabinetry for our clients.  She has a firm grasp on the development and implementation of projects, drawing and laying out designs for their best use.

Kathryn grew up in this business with a passion for design and architecture. One of her fondest childhood memories is making houses complete with furniture and draperies, for her Barbies out of the wonderful fabric samples that were available to her. She has traveled extensively and considers her dream vacation to be a trip to London spent in running in and out of museums and antique stores.  Kathryn loves animals and spends her time (and money) rescuing stray animals and finding them forever homes.

Meriwether McAdams

senior designer | founder | our name

Inspired by her love color and pattern, Meriwether’s interiors possess a timeless quality that celebrate classic design. With a background in residential interiors and construction, Meriwether works closely with clients to design homes that reflect the owner’s style and personality and provide a sophisticated, yet comfortable refuge.

With an emphasis on simplicity, beauty, and function, her interiors feature a blend of clean lines, rich textures, found objects, striking patterns, and custom-designed elements that set her designs apart.

As a child Meriwether would spend hours studying and drawing floor plans, fascinated by spacial design, and designing clothing. These passions lead her to the University of Georgia, where she studied interior design and graduated with honers with a BFA. After working in several firms in Savannah and Atlanta she created her own firm Meriwether Design Group.

As principle designer, Meriwether guides the team with the diligence and experience that provide a strong foundation for the work we produce.  Her genuine and earnest character truly season the personality and environment of Meriwether Design Group.

Meriwether is enthralled with the beauty of nature. And while you might not find her camping you will often find her pulling over her car to watch a beautiful sunset or circling bird that God has placed in her path.
