For repeat clients, we took on a builder's-grade spec house on the lake and gave it our full attention until it sang with character, charm, and function.
This home is one of our favorite kinds of transformations, and one of our proudest: we still hear regularly from this client about how much they love every inch of it, from the big design moves down to the smallest details.

Lakeside Cottage
A 1970s bungalow lake house, formerly a complete gut job that let us rethink the space from the ground up.
Rather than fight the small scale of this home, we leaned into it; seeing it's uniqueness and creating a home that feels intimate, efficient, and full of character.
The result is a space that honors its humble bones while feeling completely reborn and built for lake days well into the future.

Tucked on the edge of a pond, this bungalow on a client's family compound had been neglected for years — worn down, overlooked, and in need of a new lease on life.
We saw past the wear to the character underneath, and set out to bring the home back to life while honoring its natural setting. The result is a space that feels fresh and renewed without losing the charm and soul that drew us to it at the start: a home reconnected to its surroundings, and finally given the life it always deserved.
