Kathryn finds joy in creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes that positively impact the lives of the people who live in them. She brings a lifelong passion for art, architecture, and design to every project, creating spaces that are both timeless and deeply personal.

For more than two decades, Kathryn has guided homeowners through new construction, renovation, and whole-home furnishing projects. Known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and highly personalized approach, she helps clients navigate complex projects with confidence while creating homes that reflect their lifestyle and vision.

Some of Kathryn's favorite projects involve the details that make a home uniquely personal. From custom furniture and cabinetry to thoughtful space planning, she enjoys creating solutions that are as beautiful as they are functional.

Having grown up in the design industry, Kathryn's passion for design began early. One of her favorite childhood memories is creating miniature homes complete with furniture and draperies for her Barbies using fabric samples she discovered around the studio. Today, she continues to find inspiration through travel, exploring museums, architecture, and antique stores along the way. When she's not designing, Kathryn can often be found rescuing stray animals and helping them find loving forever homes.

Meriwether McAdams

senior designer | founder | our name

Inspired by her love of color, pattern, and timeless design, Meriwether creates homes that are both sophisticated and deeply personal. With a background in residential interiors and construction, she works closely with clients to design homes that reflect their lifestyle, personality, and the way they want to live.

Her work is rooted in the belief that beautiful homes should be as functional as they are inviting. By layering rich textures, collected objects, striking patterns, and custom-designed elements, she creates interiors that feel timeless, welcoming, and uniquely tailored to each client.

Meriwether's passion for design began early. As a child, she spent hours sketching floor plans, fascinated by how spaces come together and how thoughtful design can shape the way people live. That passion led her to the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design with honors. After gaining experience with respected design firms in Savannah and Atlanta, she founded Meriwether Design Group.

As principal designer, Meriwether leads with creativity, experience, and a genuine commitment to serving clients well. Her thoughtful leadership and collaborative approach have helped shape a studio known for exceptional design, attention to detail, and a highly personalized client experience.

Outside the studio, Meriwether finds endless inspiration in the beauty of the natural world. While you may not find her camping, you will often find her pulling over to admire a spectacular sunset or watching a bird gracefully circle overhead. She sees these moments as gifts from God, reminders that beauty is often found in the simplest things if we take the time to notice.
